Shipping : Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping Fee is $5.00 for the first item and $2.00 for every other item. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping via Canada Post Xpresspost. If your item is ever damaged in shipping please contact us immediately.

Please allow anywhere from 1-3 weeks for arrival of your merchandise. Most orders arrive within 10-14 days. For high season, Christmas and Valentine's Day, delivery times may vary.

After you push the "Check Out" Button you will be offered an option to place the order online via secure server or offline.

You can update the quantities or clear your cart at any time using the "Update" or "Clear Order" buttons.

Credit Cards : We accept Visa and MasterCard - the charge will be shown under "Executive Video Productions". On our order form please be sure to list your biling address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

Returns : We Guarantee Satisfaction! Here at LingerieCanada.com, we guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we offer a 7 day (from the date you receive the goods) return policy on all unworn products we sell to you. Please note, the garment can not been worn, or damaged by you. Due to health regulations, we can not accept returns on costumes, thongs, underwear, novelty items, as well as worn merchandise for your safety. All returned merchandise has to be in the original packaging with the original tags. If the items are returned to us that have been obviously used or abused, we have the right to return the garment back to you. All exchanges must be accompanied with an authorization number provided by LingerieCanada.com.

Note: Please remember to wear a liner when trying on an outfit that has a panty bottom. All return items will be given a 85% refund (15% restocking fee). Shipping charges will not be refunded.
