Will my package go through customs?
No! We are located and ship from Montreal, Canada therefore there are not duties or custom hassles.

What currency are your prices?
All our prices are in Canadian Funds.

Does LingerieCanada.com have a store I can visit ?
No. We are strictly an online e-commerce business. All items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Montreal, Canada. Please note that we are not open to the public.

• You can place your order Online by Credit Card. Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal is accepted online. Your payment method will be charged under "E-V Productions". On our order form please be sure to list your billing name(First and Last name) and address Exactly as it appears on your Credit Card Statement. We do also normally require that the shipping name and address matches the billing name and address. We normally only ship to the Account Holder (First and Last Name) at their credit card billing name and address which should also match the shipping name and address. If we are unable to verify the credit card billing information or we don't get a match with the shipping and billing information we may cancel the order. Once you place your order online, we will email you an Order Confirmation. We ship within Canada only and do not ship to locations outside Canada.  


How will my order be packed?
All orders are discreetly packaged in a plain envelope or a brown box. There will be no mention of LingerieCanada.com on the parcel or the shipping label.

How will the charge appear on my credit statement?
The company name on your credit card statement will show as E-V PRODUCTIONS.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Our current processing time in our warehouse to ship an order is approximately 2-5 business days. For more information on processing and shipping times, please click here.

Returns & RMAs:
If you submitted a return request or returned an item prior to October 21st 2021, rest assured that your request will be taken care of. Please email us if you any questions.

Store Credit:
If you had a store credit in your account prior to October 21st 2021, you will still have the oppurtunity to use your store credit on our new shopping platform. Please create an account and then email us with your account information.

Wishlists:
Previous Wishlist will not be accessible on our new shopping platform. If you have any questions regarding your Wishlist prior to October 21st 2021, please email us.
You may create a new wishlist on our new shopping platform.

Accounts & Passwords:
If you had an account with is prior to October 21st 2021, you will need to create a new account on our new shopping platform.
