If you decide to cancel an unshipped order, then the order may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. We also reserve the right to refuse your request to cancel your order. Also note that once an order is placed with us, our system should then send you an order confirmation email from sales@lingeriecanada.com. Please make sure you read your order confirmation email from LingerieCanada.com. We may also send you further follow up emails. In order to counter fraudulent orders, our system may filter and automatically block and/or cancel orders which are flagged as high-risk orders to avoid potential chargebacks. We may also cancel orders with a billing and shipping information mismatch. If paying by Paypal, the paid by name should match the shipping name otherwise we may cancel the order. The billing name should match the name of the person who places the order (Account Holder/Customer) otherwise we may cancel the order.

Just because you are able to place an order for an item(s), that does not necessarily signify that the item(s) is in stock or available. We do not guarantee shipping and processing times, delivery times or product availability. Some orders may be shipped requiring signature upon delivery, a Delivery Notice may be left if no one is available to sign for the package, the delivery notice should contain information about the local post office the package has been redirected to. Also, some orders may be shipped directly to your local post office, you should then receive a Delivery Notice, photo identification and signature may be required to pick up your order. If you don't pick up your package within the hold period, then it may be sent back to us. We may have no ETA on some items or orders. We currently ship within Canada only and do not ship to areas outside of Canada.
